2308 Göran Perssons väg

The project introduces a new residential building along the eastern side of an existing parking structure in Huvudsta, Stockholm. The building draws on the scale and character of the area’s original 1960s brick housing, while relating to more recent additions through its lighter colour palette. A varied facade depth creates sheltered balconies and bay windows facing the park. By adding housing along the eastern side of the parking structure, the proposal addresses both the park and Göran Perssons väg, while reconnecting with the area’s architectural history and identity.
