To resuscitate the suburban square, built in the 1960s, three buildings are added that are consistent with existing materiality but differ in type and scale. The largest addition is a housing tower referring back to Stockholms post-war planning where new residential areas were centred around a square marked by single tower. The two smaller additions are first an extra floor with apartments on top of the existing shopping- and office building situated in the middle of the square and second row houses on top of an existing plinth containing small shops facing the square.
